Project Management

Leading Clinical Research provides full project management support for phase II through IV trials or clinical investigations in all major therapeutic indications.

The Project Manager (PM) acts as the primary single point of contact for the Sponsor and ensures the maximal cost- and time-effectiveness on their side. The PM works closely with the client to understand their goals, sensitivities and expectations and manages all of the study activities in compliance with the execution strategy and set project team goals and timelines.

The key responsibilities of our Project Managers are:

  • Act as the single contact point for the client.
  • Design and maintain timelines, procedures and key study milestones.
  • Plan, manage, and execute all study-related activities within defined timelines and budget.
  • Assure compliance with GCP and other regulations and guidelines.
  • Regularly check the KPIs, establish CAPAs and escalate relevant problems to Sponsor.
  • Identify opportunities and best practices that will contribute to overall operational effectiveness and minimize risk.
  • Train, lead, and supervise the clinical field operations team.
