We are looking for a Clinical Trial Administrator and an experienced Office Manager for our Prague office!
 
GCP-Service International s.r.o. (formerly known as Leading Clinical Research) offers clinical research services throughout Europe using the latest modern technologies. We provide clients with highly professional services based on long-term cooperation, trust and personalized services for either pharmaceutical companies or manufacturers of medical devices. An integral part of our business is our R&D Training Center, providing face to face as well as on-line trainings for CRAs, Project Managers, Investigators and other professionals in the pharmaceutical or medical device business.
 
Clinical Trial Administrator
 
Role summary:
Completes all administrative tasks associated with assigned clinical trials according to applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsible for communication and support to project team, sites, competent authorities, vendors on local and international level.
Responsible for maintaining e-tools for clinical trial management.
Coordinates office vendors (incl. couriers, office supplies, post office, meetings).
Support office management (incl. archive management) and backup in case of absence and vice versa.

Office Manager
 
Role summary:
General responsibility for organization and coordination of office administration operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsible for providing office management services, including maintaining office records (incl. invoice management, HR agenda, vendor management, etc.).
Executive assistant support to CEO and backup of other admin role (in case of the absence and vice versa).
